1967 at Karakoy. One of the group of the
Company is that Hayat Laboratuarı ve
Koz. has been offering service on
cosmetic field and other membered
company Seda Itriyat San. ve Tic.
Company has been offering service on
marketing, Hizmet Gıda ve Koz. San Tic.
Ltd. has been offering service in Food
Industry and the others Vello Tıbbi
Urunler Tekstil San. has been offering
service in medical Industry. All group
of company has been offering service in
Turkish and World market.
In 1990, Seda Itriyat San. ve Tic.
Company was founded by Mr. Şevki
Bağdatlı and this partner Mr. Erol
Bağdatlı. In first years, Seda Itriyat
start to distribute medical and cosmetic
products to wholesale about pharmacy
market, afterwards it start to make
production. In order to increase its
power of distribution and service, has
been established local management for
anatolian market. Seda Itriyat has been
distributing tı whole Turkish market
with leader brand name, then it has been
having lovely and respectful position on
the market for many years.
In 1994, 'Hayat Laboratory' was
participated in to the Seda Itriyat
Company. In it way, not only Hayat
Laboratory's delivery area was larger
but also Seda Itriyat was enabled by
production. This, both of them have been
stronger.
In 1998, the Group of Company moved to
new building in Dudullu around Org. San.
field from Kavacık. In this way,
increased the variety of products. It
has been serving with brands

Tıpış, İzona, By X Super Gold,
Seda, Medistan... It has
been serving about manufacturing,
distributing, marketing, exporting and
